In the title compound, C(7)H(9)NO, a derivative of benzyl alcohol, the endocyclic C-C-C angles are in the range 119.50 (12)-121.04 (12)°. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by N-H⋯O hydrogen-bond inter-actions, forming an extended two-dimensional framework parallel to ab. O-H⋯N inter-actions are also observed.
